“Robola Classic”, is the first of the three Robolas produced by the winery. An ideal wine to discover this local gem, produced from two small, fragmented vineyards planted on the steep slopes of Mount Aenos. The un-grafted, non-irrigated vines seek out the minerals in the limestone subsoil, giving the wine an iodine character.

Beautiful, bright, light yellow colour. Mild aromas of white flowers, citrus and wild herbs. In the mouth, medium volume with crisp acidity that gives nerve and length. White peach and citrus fruits (lemon, lime) dominate. The aftertaste is surprisingly fresh and slightly spicy with lemon.
