Best known as the ancient grape of Santorini, assyrtiko also offers amazing results in mainland Greece. This wine combines fresh citrus and herbal aromas with spicy notes reflecting its terroir and the care of the winemaker. Low-yielding, non irrigated vines lead to a tasty, complex and focused wine.

Aromas of dried citrus, bergamot peel, sweet honey with some vanilla and mineral notes. On the palate, a fresh attack, a mentholated touch followed by a discreetly spicy finish. Ageing for about three months on fine lees in French oak barrels adds richness and a long aftertaste.
