Blend of Malaguzia and Assyrtiko
To produce this wine, special attention was given to the temperature of fermentation which was kept at 18°C during the duration of the process. This was done in order to preserve a more strong aromatic profile. Contrary to the other white wine of Boutsali-S winery, this one underwent a filtering step before botteling.
